SERVICES
MEET & GREETS
We offer a meet & greet service.
We can liaise with the customer at either London, Heathrow or London, Gatwick and we can take your pets from you and check them into the cargo facilities. Sometimes you may be travelling earlier than your pets and we can meet you a designated location and arrange boarding for your pets.
Prior to the meet & greet we would be in contact with you to ensure that you have the correct documentation and suitable travel crate.
We can provide travel crate labels and also plastic crates if required. We also provide bespoke wooden crates made to order.
DOOR TO DOOR SERVICE
We offer a door to door service which is open to all. We can pick up your pets from one address and drop them off to the other.
EXPORTS

As well as doing meet & greets we can also collect from you for exports even if you have had all your paperwork done through an agent.
We would just need to take some details from you prior to travel to ensure everything is in order.
IMPORTS
We can collect your pet from any animal reception centre either at London, Heathrow or London, Gatwick and deliver to any address that you require.
We are fully licensed to do so under a APHA Type 2 authorisation certificate.
ADDTIONAL SERVICES

We work closely with rescues & breeders offering transport for pets to new homes or other facilities if required.
If you have a pet that you need relocating within the UK we can also take care of that.

BESPOKE WOODEN CRATES
​
In some cases there isn't a suitable plastic crate for your pet.
But rest assured we can provide a bespoke wooden crate for you. We can also provide (CR82) reinforced travel crates.
All crates that we provide come with vet bedding, bowls and funnel.

Additionally we can provide wooden crates for snakes, birds, reptiles & rabbits etc.
All crates are IPPC compliant and stamped to meet IATA standards.
PLASTIC CRATES
We provide any size plastic crate that may be required and these also come fully kitted vet bedding, bowls and funnel.

DEFRA APPROVED VEHICLES
We have a small fleet of DEFRA approved vans that are fully insured & cater for your pets travel.
